Refinancing
If you already own investment properties and would like to refinance them for longer and better loan terms then we got you covered. We offer traditional 30 year options and Interest only options for investment properties as well as cash out refinancing of up to 65% LTV.

Credit:
Minimum credit score for our investment program is 660.
Income:
You will need a current rent schedule for the subject property. The lower value of the provided rental schedule or the rental analysis will be used for your qualifying income.
Down Payment:
The minimum down payment for our investment program is 20% and can be subject to 25% down if your FICO is low.
